Typically, we hire these positions:

Production Associate: Responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products for shipment and be responsible for moving materials. Your role is pivotal in facilitating and achieving plant goals of safety, food safety, quality, efficiency and productivity, while leading the charge toward meeting our production goals daily. A Production Associate might be weighing/scaling material, packaging material, or supplying our lines with product and will follow good manufacturing practices critical to food safety and to their team.

Machine Operator: Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure top-notch production. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety standards while leading the charge toward meeting our production goals daily.

Maintenance Technician: Play a vital role in maintaining the excellence of our SQF-certified food manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Technician will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment while acting as a technical support resource and providing a multi-skilled service for our production team.

Warehouse Associate: Responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving, processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock, assist in cycle counting and physical inventories as needed, loading FTL, LTL and parcel order and other duties assigned. Additionally, you will operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, reach truck, ride on, etc.) around the warehouse, freezer and manufacturing floor. You will work with the Warehouse management system via computers and scanners.

Forklift Operator: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, reach trucks, and ride-on material handling equipment to transport raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods throughout the production floor, storage areas, and designated workstations. This role is essential in maintaining a smooth and organized production flow by ensuring timely material delivery, supporting manufacturing teams, and optimizing storage efficiency. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading production lines, staging materials for processing, stacking and organizing products, and transferring completed goods for further storage or shipment.
